Are you a small business owner?
Have you lost income because of COVID-19 stay-at-home orders?
Is your business considered “non-essential?”
Do you have a business insurance policy?
If you are sitting there nodding, “YES!” to these questions, you may be eligible for compensation for lost income under your Business Interruption Insurance Policy.
If you are not sure if you have a claim, call our office to discuss your policy and/or claim.
Many insurance policies have a deadline to file a claim so this is a time-sensitive matter.
In an effort to be of service to our communities in Louisiana and Mississippi, we will review your business policy at no cost to you and help you to file a claim, if needed.
The easiest way to get started is by emailing a copy of your business insurance policy, the income summary for your business for the last 12 months, and a summary of lost income during the state mandated stay-at-home order.
You can access a copy of your policy via your insurance provider. The last 12 months of income should be available from your bookkeeper or accountant or you may have it in the records you keep.

Please call or send us an email and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
